Knockout Battles
The crowd picks a theme, the artists make art in relation to the theme using whatever medium they choose. The artist battles each other by making art on the easels provided, all in their own preferred style. Some paint, some illustrate, some use markers, most materials are welcome, water based spray paint can be used.
The 21 minute challenge
Each battle/round is 21 minutes long, the winner is decided by the crowd, the loudest cheer supports the winner. The winner goes to straight to the semi final and faces the winner of the other battle. There two semi finals and one final. The winner takes £250 cash prize and the loser gets a runners up gift.
Breaking the comfort zone
The artists are forced to use their imaginations, 21 minutes isn’t a long time, it’s a challenge that breaks the artistic comfort zone. The battles are ruthless and intense, at the same time fun and elevating. We have open mic available, live music performance, DJ’s, MC’s, a whole night filled with spontaneous entertainment.
